This was where we learned the fundamentals that still guide us today: reliability, resilience, performance, security, and precision.

As technology environments became larger and more complex, we saw an opportunity to make technology work smarter.
We embraced automation to eliminate repetitive work, standardize processes, improve consistency, and help organizations operate at scale.
Automation changed how platforms were managed. More importantly, it changed what people could accomplish with them.
The inflection point
Then came one of the biggest shifts in enterprise technology: the cloud.
